Marc by Marc Jacobs

Born in America, Marc Jacobs has had phenomenal success in his career and is considered to be at the pinnace of fashion design.

Raised in NYC, Jacobs always has a passion for fashion and his first job saw him work at a clothing boutique in Manhattan.

It was here that he first saw the opportunity to design his own clothing and started to sell his own designed knitwear here. It wasn't until 1994 that he launched the Marc Jacobs fashion label, which soon drew widespread critical acclaim, so much so that by 1997 he was asked to become the creative director at Louis Vuitton.

MJ has constantly expanded and innovated the product offerings from his fashion house and his most recent development was a collection of Marc Jacobs Sunglasses.
