MDG is the brand new sunglasses collection personally designed by Madonna in collaboration with Italian fashion label Dolce & Gabbana.

From releasing her first debut album in 1983 Madonna is now recognised as one of the most successful female recording artists of all time, selling over 250 million records in the first 20 years of her career.

Not content with the enormous success of her music career Madonna has continually pursued interests in new arenas, with particular attention to the world of fashion.

The pop diva already has a lucrative collaboration with fashionable high street store H&M under her belt, together with her more recent fashion ventures which include working alongside daughter Lourdes to produce a brand new teen clothing line called “Material Girl” and famously fronting the Dolce & Gabbana’s spring summer 2010 advertising campaign.

It’s thanks to the popularity of the Dolce & Gabbana advertising campaign that the brand new MDG collaboration was formed, (keeping Madonna on as the face of the campaign!)
