Red Hot Sunglasses Delivery Information

Here at Red Hot Sunglasses we pack all of our products to the highest standard to guarantee they arrive to you in pristine condition.

UK Delivery 

• All deliveries to the UK are free and are shipped by Interlink.

• All UK orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) will be sent out and delivered next working day (stock permitting).

• One Hour Delivery Window - All deliveries (with a mobile telephone number provided) are sent a text message with a one hour delivery window to stop you having to wait in all day for your parcel. If the delivery time allocated is not convenient, you can use the text message to change your delivery date.

• If you would like to track your parcel from Interlink, all you will need is your consignment number which can be entered at the top right of the Interlink website homepage www.interlinkexpress.com   

International Delivery

• Available worldwide, all International deliveries are free and are shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For via standard Airmail.

• For deliveries to Western Europe you can expect your delivery within 3 – 7 working days, for Eastern Europe you can expect your delivery within 7-10 working days and for the rest of the world you can expect your delivery within 7-14 working days.

• For anyone wishing to receive there sunglasses quicker than the above delivery timescales please call our office on 0191 281 0404 for a quote.

• If you would like to track your parcel from Royal Mail International Signed For, please email info@redhotsunglasses.com and we will provide you with your tracking number.   

• Once international parcels arrive in their destination county the parcel will be passed onto that countries internal postal service to deliver.

• Please be aware that if there are any custom or import duty charges they will be charged when the parcel reaches its destination country.

• Any custom or import charges incurred will need to be paid by the parcel recipient. Red Hot Sunglasses does not have any control over the above charges and we are unable to predict what the charges may be.
